PING ONG-COATES

Founder, RTT® Practitioner and Life Coach


Ping is a mother of three (mostly) wonderful children and two dogs. She holds a BA in psychology and has been a AMI Montessori trained educator since 1999. She studied in Singapore, England, USA to become a Conscious Parenting Coach, and RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) Practitioner.

After working in Montessori Preschools in the US and Singapore for seven years, she owned and operated her own play-school for another seven years, while her children were young. She currently runs a small business which offers support to new moms.


Ping is passionate about working with children and their families. She is energized by being in service to the community and the environment, by connecting and weaving, growth and healing. Being a passionate environmentalist she tries to live as sustainably as possible.


Ping is a Conscious Parenting Coach, and RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) Practitioner. She works with parents, teens and children.


She guides and facilitates powerful and rapid healing so that you may find your path of purpose and fulfillment, and to live life in the true and best version of yourself.

Ping also offers conscious parenting workshops online and on Family Retreats


When she’s not working on her projects or with clients, she can be found walking the dogs, doing yoga at home, playing polo, baking or cooking, reading or taking a nap.

PING ONG-COATES

Founder, RTT® Practitioner, Life Coach, Energy Coach


Ping is a wife, a mother of three mostly wonderful teenagers and two dogs. She holds a BA in psychology and has been a AMI Montessori trained educator since 1999. She has been educated in Singapore, England, and USA, and more recently accessing the miracles of the internet to continue learning, training and getting certified in Life and Energy Coaching, as well as RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy).

After working in Montessori Preschools in the US and Singapore for seven years, she owned and operated her own play-school for another seven years, while her children were young. She also ran a small business which offered support to new moms. 
Ping entered into the wellness and personal development space, firstly for herself in 2017, and then to be in service to others in 2019.  Ping is using the culmination of all her knowledge and experience in psychology, human behavior and work with children & families in her work as an RTT Practitioner and coach. 

Through the different modalities, Ping guides and facilitates powerful and rapid healing so that you may find your path of purpose and fulfillment, and to live life in the true and best version of yourself.

JASON COATES

Co-Founder, Education Consultant and College Counselor


Jason Coates is an independent education consultant, student coach and college counselor based in Singapore.


He has worked with dozens of students and families to create strategies and custom action plans to develop academic opportunities to help students link their personal and educational interests and take control of their educational journey.


With more than 20 years experience in education, marketing, public relations and communications, Jason uses storytelling techniques to help students create and develop a themed personal narrative that is authentic and compelling, which broadens opportunities in college admissions.


Jason works with younger students with coaching to prepare them for the US college application development process, which is based on a holistic review. He works with students to identify and demonstrate values, strengths and traits that make them successful in higher education and beyond. For older secondary student, he uses their experiences to help refine and clearly communicate their narrative in their college application.


He studied cultural anthropology at the University of California, Santa Barbara and received a certification in Independent Educational Consulting from the University of California, Irvine. He lived in Japan as a teacher for several years, loves being a husband and a father and enjoys running and growing plants and trees in the garden.
